I am an Administrative Mgr for an Electric Cooperative. Every month we hold a “Safety Down Day” where all field employees come in and we discuss safety topics and hold safety training. That day has expanded to other types of training outside of safety topics, so am looking for a somewhat catchy name that would encompass both the safety aspect but also other employee development training.
