Massage Therapist Team Needing A Tagline For Business

We are a group of massage therapists working together under the name of Ohio Massage Therapy Professionals. We have considered “We ease your wellness journey” or the crazier “We ride shotgun on your wellness journey”. We like the first one, our business coach likes the second. We specialize in pain management therapies; Manual Lymphatic Drainage, hot stone, myofascial or trigger point, and we are trying to convey a message to our clients that regular monthly massage helps that journey.

Dubai Jewelry Business Name For B2B And B2C

I am  looking to set up showroom and office in Dubai, UAE and website for Online sales . The business will be B2b and B2C and mainly consist of Gold, platinum, silver jewelry with Diamond and real color stones. I want to have some catchy name which is easy to remember ,good for online marketing (meaning not too long) and at the same time should imply what the business is about. I was thinking about Nirup Jewels from my sons name but not quiet satisfied.

###

Jay’s Answer: Nirup Jewels won’t mean anything to most people. That’s not a good or bad thing, but basically a blank slate. The magical “catchy name” that everyone remembers the first time they hear it, and is recalled instantly when someone needs jewelry is a fantasy.

If you’re looking for a name for B2C, you’d want something that appeals to your target market (which is…?). If you’re looking for a name for B2B, you’d probably want something a bit more “corporate” (such as: Dubai Diamonds).

Tagline For Accounting Firm

We need a new tag line. Our old one is outdated. Originally it was “refer three get yours free” (30 years ago) – then we added “up to $50”, well in today’s market there aren’t too many returns that are under $50.00. We do all types of tax returns, small business accounting, payroll, and QuickBooks set up and instruction. We need a fresh new idea. What do you think?

###

Jay’s Answer: A tagline generally applies to your company, and generally mentions a key benefit you offer your clients. “Refer three get yours free” doesn’t really say much about what makes your company unique other than the rebate aspect. In my opinion, that’s not very strong (despite serving for 30 years). What you have sounds more like a headline for an advertisement.

Unfortunately, you’ll need to “dig deeper” to find those things that make you better/different from the vast number of competitors (both local and online). In general, this is a longer process than an “off-the-top” thinking. It requires conversation with your clients (current and past), studying your competition, etc. It’s the preliminary work of creating a marketing strategy, of which, a tagline (and business name) is one of the last stages (even though everyone wants to jump to the name/tagline first).

Tagline for Fashion Jewelry Business

I am starting a new brand of fashion jewelery..The brand is Sanskrithi…i am looking for a nice catchy tagline to attach to it…it should make girls feel beautiful.

###

Jay’s Answer: A tagline is more than a simple phrase to make someone feel something – it’s to help explain what your business can clearly do for your prospective customers. Since your brand name could mean you’re selling anything from jewelry to clothing to food products, your tagline needs to make it clear what you’re selling and to whom. For example, “Fashion Jewelry That’ll Make You Feel Beautiful”.  That’s clearer, but is still quite vague, since that tagline can apply to ANY business that sells fashion jewelry. You’ll need to figure out a lot more details and then brainstorm how that matters.

Name My Custom Dog Collar Business!

I am starting a new venture for designer dog collars, leashes, and hoping to get into pet beds eventually … I would like to leave the title open to all “couture” for dogs only. My product is of mainly high quality dog collars and leashes made from designer inspired fabrics and also high quality fabrics ~ satin, silk etc. They are handmade and will be geared towards all sizes and shapes of dogs :) I will also be making basic “cotton casuals” as well. But the focus is Elite, Handmade, High quality dog collars … I would like something that is sophisticated yet catchy … maybe a little on the cute side. We came up with: Dressed to the K9’s, Best in Show, The Wagging Tail, Four Legged Flare, The Divine Canine.  But somehow they don’t quite do it for me…YET lol … this is going to be my business for a long time to come I hope, so I don’t want to hate the name in a week :) The name doesn’t have to be fashion related …. something that says my product makes dogs happy and fashionable and stand out!! But related to dogs only!!

A Tagline For A Graphic Designer

I need a tagline. I’m a graphic designer.. My last name is lemon.. I’m easy to work with and very open minded. I also try and get the best price for people.

###

Jay’s Answer: Let’s say someone found your website. Why do you think they might want to hire you?

  • Because your name is Lemon?
  • Because you’re a graphic designer?
  • Because you’re easy to work with / open-minded?
  • Because you have a great price?

The answer is “none of the above”. People want to hire you for what you can do for them (that others can’t do as well). Competing on price is a losing proposition. What people want are graphics that make them money (or help their business in other ways). Your tagline’s purpose is to focus what specific skills/talents you have that would encourage them to hire you.

Your portfolio is a good start (and event better- your testimonials), but what you ideally want to do is position yourself as someone who specializes (either for the entertainment business, small businesses, etc.) rather than someone who can do graphics for anyone for any reason.

So before you can create a tagline, I strongly encourage you to answer some basic strategy questions. For this, I refer you to another Q&A on my blog to help you put on your thinking cap.

If you want my help one-on-one to create a customized marketing strategy, or if you’ve done your homework and want naming help, I’d love to help you. Until then, the best advice I can give you is to focus on the core of your business rather than the trappings.

Real Estate Agent Tag Line

Help, I am a newer Real Estate Agent, just joined a different company. They want to run a half page ad announcing my affiliation. I need some good copy and a Tag line.
I want to stress my attention to detail, my long term residence in our town, knowledge of the town, my desire to help people buy/sell houses where I am completely focused on doing the right thing by my client, without sounding like a complete Pollyanna.

A Tagline For A Hearing Aid Business

We are starting up our hearing aid business and need a tagline. Our advertising includes our photo and our company name is JUST US HEARING. We are not a chain, just my husband and myself. We offer individualized service and lifetime rehabilitation for the hearing impaired. Patient’s won’t be treated like $$ walking in the door but become part of our family. My husband and his parents are hearing impaired so we know the challenges and frustration with not being able to understand conversations. We want to get across that we care, are compassionate and will treat our patients like family, like we want to be treated. We’d really like something of a metaphor.
